What is included in the service I book?

Clicking "+ MORE" for the selected service will show all information and details.

Can I bring guests/child with me?

No guests are allowed. No kids/babies are allowed. Only the person being serviced is allowed in the salon. No exceptions.

Appointment Arrival Instructions

Text/Call when you have parked. You may stay in your car or wait in the lobby until you are notified your servicer is ready for you.

What if I need to reschedule/cancel my appointment?

Contact Gina via Text or Email ASAP. She will reschedule you. Cancelling/rescheduling appointments less than 7 business days before the appointment will forfeit the deposit. Cancelling/rescheduling less than 14 business days for classes forfeits the deposit.

What if I am not happy with my service?

Let your servicer know before you leave the salon what you are not happy with. If time permits she will attempt to make changes to customer satisfaction or schedule another appointment for the next available spot. No refunds/exchanges for extensions/wigs or services rendered will be issued. Extra charges may apply. Please read the Terms/Refund Policy for more info.

Covid-19 Salon Guidelines

POPULATION CONTROL

Only 1 client/customer is allowed in my Suite at any given time.
Only the client/customer receiving the service will be allowed to enter.
Clients/customers are not allowed to bring kid(s), spouse, friend, etc. with them to their appointment.
Clients/Customers will be seen by appointment only.

MAINTAINING SOCIAL DISTANCE

Clients/customers are allowed to wait in the lobby. Please practice social distancing.
Clients/customers are suggested to wait in their vehicles until I text or call saying I am ready for them.

MASKS

We ask that all clients/customers wear a mask whenever possible while in the building. However, masks are required during the entire time of service.

ILLNESS

Have you been exposed to COVID-19? If you are aware that you may have been exposed, please contact me to reschedule after your quarantine period is complete and a negative test result has been issued.
If you are feeling sick, PLEASE reschedule the appointment or contact me to cancel.
If I am not feeling well, I will reschedule my clients and stay home. We can not stress enough how important it is that we ALL follow these guidelines so that the Salon can stay open. Violation of the rules will put everyone at risk.
