Refund Policy/Terms of Service

 No returns or refunds! All sales are final. A minimum of 15-22 business days are required for orders and a minimum 28 business days if color processing is involved. If turn around is longer you will be notified via email or on the website banner. Resizing of your unit is free of charge for 1 year. You must pay for all shipping fees. Please confirm your address if your unit is being shipped.  Once orders are shipped we are no longer liable. Any issues with shipping should be handled through USPS/shipping company using tracking info provided upon order completion.

Not fully satisfied with your custom order/unit? I offer a resale program for gently used/new units. Fee is $75 and will be deducted once the unit has been sold at an agreed discounted price. Remaining funds will be transferred to you via PayPal or Money Order.

Salon and mobile services and fees are nonrefundable. Deposits are refundable only if you adhere to our cancellation policy. If you are not pleased with your hair appointment service, notify the stylist before leaving the salon to schedule a complimentary "touch up service" appointment if available. (Complete redo/take downs are not a "touch up service" and regular cost will apply.) Once you leave the salon, you are not guaranteed to receive a touch up appointment and a regular service costs may be charged. Appointments will be cancelled when arriving 15 minutes after the appointment start time and deposits will be forfeited. No call/No shows will not be able to be book for 30 days. Rescheduled appointments are accepted within 24 or more hours notice of the appointment without deposit forfeiture if I have the availability. Appointments can only be rescheduled once. Rebooking will be required after that. Cancellation requests must be received 7 business days prior to the appointment time/ 14 business days prior to class time for the deposit to be returned. Wigs not picked up within 2 weeks of the booked service/drop off will have a $20 storage fee added each month/booking cycle  until picked up.

Terms & Conditions


General:

You may cancel your membership at any time.

All paid membership fees/payments are non-refundable.

Memberships are designed for consistent salon care and appointments are scheduled in advance for best results.


Scheduling:

Appointment scheduling is based on stylist availability.

You must provide your preferred dates/times for your bi-weekly maintenance appointments covering the 8-week term.

A Rare Luxe team member will contact you within 1–2 business days of purchase to assist with pre-booking, or you may reach out to us directly during business hours.

All membership appointments are pre-booked by our staff each month to ensure priority scheduling.


Rescheduling & Cancellations:

A minimum of 7 business days’ notice is required for all rescheduling or cancellation requests, submitted by text or email.

Failure to provide notice within this window can result in forfeiture of the appointment.

Membership appointments cannot be banked, rolled over, transferred, or exchanged for other services.


Changes to Scheduled Appointments:

Once appointments are placed into the booking system, any requested changes are subject to current online availability.

We will make every effort to accommodate, but reschedules outside the notice window may not be possible.


Membership Coverage:

Memberships are valid only for the services included in the membership type purchased.

Additional services outside of the membership may be booked at regular pricing.


Expiration & Renewal:

Each membership runs for the set term (8 weeks / 2 months unless otherwise noted).

Memberships are auto-renewing unless canceled in advance.

Unused services within the term expire and do not roll over.


Reminder: These memberships are designed to keep your natural hair and installs thriving through consistent salon visits — giving you peace of mind, flawless looks, and healthy hair care without the stress of rebooking.
